About Our Event
Founded in 1941 and established as the official civilian auxiliary of the U.S. Air Force seven years later, the Civil Air Patrol is chartered by Congress as a nonprofit organization for youth development, aerospace education, and to promote general aviation. The Hawaii Wing Civil Air Patrol, since January 17, 1947, is a unit of the National Civil Air Patrol and, with over 700 members Statewide, will be celebrating & continuing service, support, and education at this year's Conference and Awards Banquet.
Join us on Saturday, May 18, 2024, as we come together again to Connect, Collaborate, and Celebrate! This annual event establishes opportunities to learn and grow with the training supporting our three Cadet Programs, Aerospace Education, & Emergency Services missions. We will also recognize and celebrate our members at our awards ceremony for their dedication to the Civil Air Patrol and how we continue to serve America’s communities, saving lives and shaping futures. For senior members looking to excel in their progression in their level pathways, attending a conference helps support their development and counts towards level achievement.
**Please note: Outer Island Members, this event is not during airlift weekend, and the Hawaii Wing will not provide air transportation or hotel accommodations. Air travel and Hotel accommodations are at the member's own expense. Overnight accommodations may be available at Wing HQ for members wishing to stay the weekend. Ground transportation is available for members staying at Wing HQ or traveling from the outer islands.
Members traveling from the outer islands must provide travel information for day arrival and departure and email your confirmation as soon as you can provide that information. A separate travel registration form will be emailed once you have confirmed your registration.

The tickets can be purchased below through the tickets tab, and each section is broken down accordingly. Early Registration ends April 20, 2024. Late registration with fees between April 20, 2024 - May 6, 2024 at 4:00 P.M. ** ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ONCE PURCHASED **

Event Attire
Conference:
Civil Air Patrol Senior Members: Corporate Polo, Aviator Shirt with Grey Slacks, black shoes, black socks, or Air Force Class B blues.
Civil Air Patrol Cadets: Air Force ABU. Cadets who have not obtained their ABUs may wear a professional collared button-up black/blue polo with black slacks, black shoes with black socks, or tasteful church-style attire.
Awards Banquet:
Civil Air Patrol Senior Members: Aviator Shirt with Grey Slacks, black shoes, black socks, or Air Force Class B blues.
Civil Air Patrol Cadets: Air Force class B blues. Cadets who have not obtained their class B blues may wear a professional collared button-up black/blue polo with black slacks, black shoes with black socks, or tasteful church-style attire.
Guests who are not members may wear a tasteful, casual business attire outfit or military uniform if they are
active duty, reserves, national guard, or retired.
